Technical Design
We specialize in technical design for both fabrics and garments, ensuring precision in fit and sizing. Our process includes setting up fabric profiles and detailed tech packs to streamline development. Additionally, we create patterns and fit samples for thorough review and approval, bringing your vision to life with accuracy and expertise.
Fabric - Knit / Dye & Finish
Our in-house knitting capabilities include up to 32-gauge knitting machines, allowing for precision and quality in fabric production. We offer yarn dyeing, fabric dyeing, and garment dyeing, complemented by a variety of finishes—including our exclusive Pearl Wash Cotton®. Additionally, we provide up to 16-gauge flat knitting for knit collars and cuffs, ensuring versatility in design and craftsmanship.
Cut Make & Trim
As a family-run garment business, we take pride in our highly skilled team—many of whom have been with us for over a decade. By blending time-honored production methods with cutting-edge technology, we create high-quality garments that are both sustainable and built to last.
Decoration
Our decoration division is powered by over 100 highly skilled employees, utilizing the most advanced equipment and techniques available in the industry. With full decoration capabilities, we ensure precision, quality, and innovation in every detail.
Logistics / Transportation
Once your goods leave our factory in one of our containers, we provide tracking and keep you informed every step of the way. After clearance, we coordinate as needed for seamless domestic transportation, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
